JOB DESCRIPTION

1. You need to solve routine problems.

2.You need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day to day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders.

3.You need to work in Customer Support vertical .

4.you need to manage and resolve  customers queries, 

5.You need to handle escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers. 

6. You need to give best resolutions. 

7.you need to join IT Help desk profile and need to solve  technical issues. 

8.you need to solve all issues reported by customers and give them solutions

 through voice calls and through email,web tickets & remote support.
